Facelift before and after in a 70+ year old woman who desired a secondary facelift. She wanted to appear less tired, more symmetric, and refreshed, and natural. She underwent a full SMAS face/neck lift with fat grafting to the tear troughs and lips for a comprehensive rejuvenation.
