View 4 of 420 year old woman who desired a very natrual shape enhancement and modest size increased with breast implants.
Shown before and 6 months after 300cc(left) 320cc(right) moderate profile silicone breast implants placed under the muscle. Cleavage fat grafting was added to treat the wide gap between the breasts. The fat was transferred from the lower abdomen and is permanent.
