40’s woman of a healthy BMI who complained of the shape of her thighs, knees, calves and buttocks. She underwent liposuction contouring of the thighs, knees and calves. She now has a more pleasing shape and is well proportioned. The fat graft “take” was excellent as she is photographed here at 6 months. She will permanently maintain her shape but her size may change with significant weight fluctuations.
